2024 Annual Assessment
Thank you for paying your 2024 Wolf Creek Annual Assessment. Please remember that this assessment covers many benefits to you as an owner including:
- Basic lawn mowing, edging and blowing of all lawns throughout the year.
- Maintenance and mowing of common areas and easements.
- Maintenance of holding ponds.
- Maintenance of private roads and filling of pot-holes.
- Street lights.
- Professional management.
- Litter patrols and pickup.
- Sign maintenance.
- Various other improvements which keep up quality of life for owner residents or tenants.
Each of these benefits translates into higher property values for every owner.
Pay with check or money order
Annual Assessment invoices should arrive in the mail by January 10th. If you did not receive it or would like to pay early via check or money order, use the form here (PDF). Please make sure to write the address you are paying assessments for in the memo line of any check.
Pay online using PayPal
- This payment form is for 2024 assessments only and may not represent the full amount owed. If you have a past-due balance any payments made on this form will be applied to your past due balance first. If you think you may owe for a previous year please contact us first.
- Please make sure to fill out all fields on this form.
- When you click Submit the form will take you to PayPal where you can finish your payment. You do not need a PayPal account to pay. To use a credit card select the option that reads “Pay with an online bank account, debit or credit card, or PayPal Credit .” Make sure to print out your PayPal receipt as proof of payment.
- Payments made after March 1st are assessed a $25 late fee.
- There is a $15 fee for this payment to cover fees incurred by PayPal.
